Halo 3 Infection, Ghoul Town map ?

How do you get into the "secret" room on Ghoul Town. The one behind the broken ramp.Which teleporter do you use? I have seen people there and see a teleporter in the room, just cant seem to get the right one to get me in. This is for Infection BTW. Thanks
