halo 3 is freezing when i play it?

I have an xbox 360 pro (laying on its side) and whenever i put in halo 3 it will glitch when i get to the main menu of the game i have been trying for four hours to get this work. the gmae disc is not scratched, i can play other games, never got the rrod ive tried playing h3 when the 360 is on its side or standing vertial. Ive had the 360 and halo for 2months im rilly mad

Sounds like a disc error. See if you got a buddy with the same game and see if it works on your system. If it does, there's your answer.

Ether buy halo3 again,buy a an xbox cleaner disc or send your xbox back to the company u bot it from and get it back a few weeks later.
