Halo 3 Katana Glitched up?

In halo 3 I have 1010 out of 1750 Gamerscore when I go to body armor katana is still locked. what do i have to do?

The security and Katana armor unlocks are very glitchy, the only way you know that you will keep them forever is to get 1000/1000 gamerscore with the original achievements

get 49 achievements atleast i didnt get all the originals....also its because theres a bug or sumthing...5 of my friends unlocked katana and whats weird they lost it a week after they unlocked it but got it back

sadly i have had this glich 2 dont worry and to be honest i dont know why this is but mine happens more when im playing with friends on slit screen and sadly there is no certain thing to fix this but you can get another achievement and that should do it dont ask why thats just how bunjie roll

You do NOT have to get the originals
Just keep gettin gamerscore buddy,
There's nothing you can do but be the best you can
Ps. Go on social and just fool around trying to get specific achievements like, next time buddy and stuff
