Halo 3: Keep getting match made with absolute retards?

I keep getting put on the same team as absolute noobs who are too thick to play halo 3. I'm a brigadier grade 2 yet I get paired with sergeants that should've been killed at birth.

Help please? (Don't say get better, it's clearly not done anything)
