Halo 3 Legendary Tips???

Hello, Has anyone got any tips on how i should play halo 3 on legendary mode? I have been playing other modes but i don't get any sense of achievment out of completeing levels while playing.

I played legendary on halo 1 and it was really hard.

So has anyone got any tips on what to do to help me survive?

Take cover ALOT. Use the arbiter any time you can, because he is almost immortal and is very strong. Use your allies and use vehicles. You also don't have to kill every enemy, so ignore them if you want to. Also study the level so you know what is coming.

Always take cover. The brutes are very deadly on Legendary, so only on campaign, use the EMP or the noob combo. sry..... BR with plasma pistol. Use the arbiter, he'll die very easily though, let him do the wrok for now. The best way is to play a cat and mouse game with them. Don't conserve ammo, use the ammo you've got. Anthing you got is never enough. Lastly, avoid the enemies only f you need to.
