halo 3 lonewolves help?

so i started my lone wolves 2 days ago from level 1. im now a level 43, after to days, but im stuck. like i will shoot someone in the head 3 times with the BR, and he will escape then i get assasinated from behind. like it happens over and over. what are stradagies for lone wolves? should u run and gun (what ive been doing) or play slow and safe? cus the thing is u cant waste time cus no matter how good your k/d is, you need to have 25 kills. but i keep dying.

i have the same problem...i am stuck at 41. But so far i feel like just running around gunning and throwing nades in crowded areas help alot. When in in a group of a few people just focus on one person and get a kill one at a time. when two people are fighting focus on the guy who is shooting not the person who is getting shot becaus eif he can pull off that last shot before u try to take his kill, he will have the advantage cuz he will see where you are shooting from and immediatly go for u after killing him.

Lones wolves is a lot about luck and where they respawn you after you die.
You are at the point where it is getting hard, sometimes you get good games, sometimes you get bad games.

Best thing to do is wait for players to engage in a fight, wait for the shields to get low and than throw grenades and start shooting.

sometimes when the games is over i look at the winner and i see that he won because he killed the worst player of the game the most. Thats why i say it is luck. He got a lot of kills because he ran across the worst player the most and got more kills because of it.

I have been stuck at 45 for a while so every now and than i come back to it and play a game.
