Halo 3 Map Problems On Another Account?

Well my xbox 360 got the red ring of death and now I can only play my purchased halo maps on the account I bought them on so if I want to use my maps for matchmaking playlist on another account I can't how do I fix this?

It's not possible. Downloaded content like map packs are locked to the profile they were bought under. The only ways to access them on your other account would be to buy them again for that profile or to have your first profile signed in whenever you want to play them.
