Halo 3 map transfer. Same account different hard drive.?

hey i just wanted to know something. I downloaded and bought the map packs on my cousins xbox hard drive with my account and i just wanted to kno if i can download them again, without paying ,to my xbox, which is now being repaired because of the rrod (i kept my hard drive) with the same account. just wanted to kno ahead of time. thanks
