Halo 3 missing armor/says no progress to report?

My brother and i completed the campaign on Legendary and got the EOD armor and has all the skulls and had Hayubusa and his armor disapeared and it says no progress to report on the service record.

Halo 3 is such a glitchy game with armor. I had katana and security helmet and they both disappeared after i got the mythic skulls
