Halo 3 MLG pro controller layout?

What do most of them set the button layouts on? Also what is a good sensitivity for Team BR's. I have been playing Halo 3 here for about 4months, but can still not get my stuff right. Add me in game people let me know your from yahoo answers. NAMSLAS

the best layout ofr mlg and team brs is bumper jump, a little hard to get used to but benefits hardcore
