Halo 3 multiplayer help?

Hey, I brought an xbox 360 yesterday and it came with halo 3.

I just wondered if in the multiplayer games such as the virus one and that if you could play against the computer. All i can do i play by myself which isnt very fun!

Any ideas if/how i add A.I players to the game?

I'm italian and i have halo 3...is impossible play with the computer in multiplayer...but to play whit other guys in the world you can go to matchmaking and select start matchmaking...you can chose the tipology of the fight after...
