Halo 3 Nat Open Help?

ok.. when i go into matchmaking it says that my NAT type is not open and it could be slow. how do i change it to open on a COMPAQ Laptop With Vista??

If you're connected through a router, look up on Google on how to port forward it. If you're hooked straight up to the modem/main ethernet cable, you'll need to ask your ISP.
