Halo 3 Odst Disc Two-Multiplayer?

Halo 3 Odst Multiplayer disc is actually Halo 3's multiplayer without the campaign.It has all the maps.Does it have Legendary, Mythic, Heroic and Cold Storage Map packs.I know that we have to pay for the legendary and mythic map packs.But still, I want to know.
Please help.
