Halo 3 ODST Help me please?!?

Right, all the loyal Halo fans know that ODST is coming out in September but as im only twelve years old I don't think i'll be allowed to get it if it's an 18 age rating. So does anyone know if the newly anticipated game will be a higher age rating than 16. Also, the best answer will be the answer that gives a website link or however you got your info! Thanks

Well I'm only fourteen. And I've already pre-ordered the game. All you have to do is bring one of your parents with you to the store and they'll let you get it.

ODST will be M-rated. I'm not familiar with the rating system you're talking about, but M-rated games are reccommended for people ages 17+.

If you want an arguement to help convince your parents to let you buy it,here's one.

The ESRB, in addition to the overall rating, gives a game "content descriptors." I'm sure you've seen them, stuff like "Violence" or "Comic Mischief."

Halo ODST is M-rated, but the content descriptors are blood, violence, and language.

The Conduit is a T-rated FPS, and its content descriptors are blood, violence, and mild language.

You could say that Halo ODST is basically a T-rated game with more swearing.
