Halo 3 ODST Map pack?

Okay, I know when Halo ODST ships, it will come with a few new maps on it. I'm wondering, if I dont upgrade to ODST and keep the original Halo 3 is Bungie releasing the new maps as DLC or can you only get them if you buy ODST?
