halo 3: ODST - Modified halo 3 disk?

i was just wondering if you just plainly buy halo ODST will it come with the modified halo disk with the new maps and all or do i have to pre order it to get it???

it comes with two discs.

disc 1:
The new campaign and firefight

disc 2: ALL THE HALO MULTIPLAYER MAPS and you can match make, forge and make custom maps.
