Halo 3 odst?????????????????

I started the solo game on legendary but i reliazed its way to freakin hard how do i restart my solo game??? If i go to memory and erase the halo 3 odst save will that erase anything but the campaign save ??

Instead of resmuming solo game go to campaign lobby and choose diffulty and level. By urself u should try either heroic or normal. I'm doing normal first.
