It always says "cannot receive information from XBox LIVE". Because of this, I cannot play online. Then, when it does work, I can rarely find a game, I'm only borrowing this game and just want to play online, I don't really care for the single player mode. I think this may be a problem because my rank is like 1 or something, can that be hampering my ability to play? Thanks in advance for any help.
