Halo 3 or Gears of War?

Halo 3, Gears of war is one of those games that look good, but Halo 3 is much better in single and multiplayer gamemodes (not odst)
my first game was halo 3, and I must say, I was very impressed, Halo 3 is a fps, gears is a third person shooter. I personally don't like third person shooters. If it was your first game, I'd say Halo 3, its fairly easy to play the campain, and the multiplayer ROCKS!!! Oh and odst is just an overpriced addon to halo 3, I have that too, I think halo 3 is better because it's cheaper, wait for the price to go down on odst. Gears of war 1 is extremely cheap,you could try that too, and if you don't like it you wont have used much money up. Gears has better graphics. Try out the Call of duty series too, those are good too.
Halo 3 ODST in my opinion. Halo 3 ODST has all of Halo 3's maps and 3 more that havent been released yet to buy off of the marketplace. ODST also has Firefight and a better story mode than Halo 3. GOW2 is REALLY good to but there are a ton of hackers online and since this is your first xbox game its a lovery hard to be good at online.

Halo ODST comes with a Mythic Disc which is Halo 3 multiplayer with all of the new maps on it for free... So its like two games in one, but you can't play campaign with the mythic disc... And a lot of people play Halo
