for all you halo fans out there i have a question. When it says Campaign Meta game like get 15,000 points on the first level etc. do u need Xbox live or no?

nope you do not need xbox live.
you only need xbl if you are competing with another person.. i think

no the campaign only needs xbl if you are doing it with other people over the internet
