Halo 3 ranked help?

Ok i am a "gunnery sergant (grade 2)" and i have 92 exp points and a highest skill level of 8...I have been trying to become a luitent for a long time....But every game that I win when I play ranked only gives me exp points! I win most of the games to. What am I doing wrong?

well maybe ur seeing wrong. u should play the playlist that has the highest skill of 8. if u constantly win all the time, then u should raise. If you are on a big winning streak, u will raise trust me. if u win, then lose,win,lose,win,lose, then you probnably wont raise. just contact me in game my gamertag is Beast Predator.
