whats the lowest possible requirement for lieutenant rank in halo 3 on xbox live?

and what's the fastest way to get EXP?

i have 53 total exp and highest skill is 10.

you get your highest skill up by playing "TEAM" games right?
beating campaign gives you 200 EXP???????????????????????????????????????????
and klcrish: i saw someone with 74 EXP and 14 highest skill with lieutenant. how is this?

OK lieutenant lowest skill is 10 and exp is 100. Take like a whole day to do campaign on like easy, that will give u like another 200 EXP. You get your higest skill up by playing anything under "Ranked" and ever 2 or 3 wins your number goes up, if you lose a lot it goes down.
