whats the lowest possible requirement for lieutenant rank in halo 3 on xbox live?

and what's the fastest way to get EXP?

i have 53 total exp and highest skill is 10.

you get your highest skill up by playing "TEAM" games right?

Play any ranked playlist. I found the fastest way to go up is in lone wolves. Im a 45 in that but once i got to 45 it got really really hard so you might have to get a 50 in something else if you arnt good enough. To get Lieutenant on Halo you need a highest skill of 10 and a total of 70 EXP.

you get your exp up by playing ranked playlists: rumble pit, team slayer, team doubles etc. lieutenant rank is 70 exp i think
