I was a gunnery sgt. grade 2 with 69 exp and an 11 highest skill, then I won a match and went right to a liutennant somehow. If I got my highest skill up to 20 would I skip the rest of the liutennant ranks and go to captain or whatever? or would I just go up to the next rank in the set?
