halo 3 rapid fire controller?

i have heard of these controllers before but i was just now getting really curious now. i have heard and seen on some videos is that these controllers makes your guns in stuff shoot faster and more accurate is that true? but what i was mostly wondering about it is does this rapid fire controller help out your br in any way does it make it shoot a little bit faster and does it make it also more accurate
to get something straight i dont WANT one just curious

The controller your thinking of is a macro controller, Their made customized and sell for a nice chunk of change if you decide to get one I wouldn't suggest using it online as you CAN be banned for it
