Halo 3 recon and flaming chestplate?

I am wondering if the Recon and Hayabusa Flaming Chest Plate aremor is included in the xbox 360 disc. im not asking how to unlock it, but rather if it is included in every consumer disc. My cousin unlocked all the armor except recon and there are no question marks left.. I guess the only way is there is a whole new hidden slot, or you get a new custom recon enabled disc, but i really doubt the latter. If it is in the iso, i can probably dissect the iso and swap the graphics with the cqb or mark V then burn the disc over again.

I think it's probably a file that Bungie gives to you or something.

But if you want to try getting Recon that way, go ahead.

Just don't get hit by Bungies Banhammer. lol.
