halo 3 security shoulders.. disappear?

I was changing my helmet and my security shoulders disappear. its not in the selection and it says locked i believe? i restarted my xbox, deleted my account and recovered it. its still not there. Can someone help me out with this, my hard drive is fine tho. ? i have 880 score in halo ...
when u think they will have it done?
is there a way to contact bungie?

It's a bug, theyre working on it.

its a glitch, u may need to get more achievements. bungie is working on it and im not sure when they'll fix it. i hope soon
