halo 3 skill level?

i am a luitenant grade 2 with 15 highest skill. so far i came in 2nd for lone wolves, no level up then i also come in second for team slayer and my team won! and still no skill level, do u think my system is broken?

no, and mabey.
First of all in order to get skilled in Lone Wolfs, you have to be in top 3, AND get at LEAST 15 ( 16 preferable ) kills, AND get a good KILL / DEATH ratio.


If that dosn't work, than mabey you need a new game, or console.
