Halo 3 skull help!!!! cant find last skull needed! please help?

i can't find the famine skull. I know that it's in the ARK level, and how to get it i just can't find it. i do the mission on legendary at mission start, (used gamefaqs to get info) but i cant find it.

I also play xbox live and would like some friends. my username is SPARKS7777
