halo 3 skull help!?

ok do you need to begin a level from the start to get a skull or can u use a rally point?

you have to start from the beginning and get it on normal or higher

I beleive you must start from the beginning of a level. If you do a google search for the skulls you're looking for there are numerous text and video guides on how to get these. IWHBYD is the hardest I beleive but it's not a gold skull...
