OK, you know that spartan officer achievement in Halo 3. I know that u have to become a lieutenant to get the achievement but that's the thing. I'm a major rank in the game and my highest skill is 30. WTF! why didn't I get the achievement? Can somebody please help me. Why is this happening and what can i do to fix it.
