Halo 3 team doubles partner?

I'm a grade 2 commander and my highest skill is 37. I have it in lone wolves. After level 37, i find it kind of hard to get any further, so i decided to play team doubles. I am a very good partner, and I usually play with this other buddy, but he isn't on a lot, so I decided to see if anyone would like to play. My skill right now is only 9, but my true skill is a lot better. It's just cause I am just starting team doubles. I think I could play at level 30-40 in team doubles no problem.
