Halo 3 team doubles partner?

I need a partner to help me boost in team doubles. I won't pay you. I am a commander grade 2 (highest skill 37 in lone wolves). I am currently just a level 9 in team doubles. I am a lot better than that, I could probably play at a 35-40 level. I was hoping if there were any brigadiers or generals out there with a high team doubles level that could help me boost.

Oh yea, one more question, if you have a party with a guy skill1 and another guy skill 50, and both of them enter team doubles, will the opponents be a low level or a high level

i can't help you, i ran out of live and don't have the legendary map packs. and if you looked at my gamer tag you'd shout NOOOOOOOB!!, i moved on to bad company and grifball, was on my 4th account before i quit halo 3. so anyways, if you have a level 50 and a level 1 you will face high ranking people. nearly everytime. its something to do with a if a level 50 and 1 took on two level 12's it would be pwn fest 09.
