Halo 3 tips?? Help????????

I'm stuck on the 2nd level, Crows Nest on the Gift With Purchase part. I walk into the room where theres like 20 brutes (on legendary mode) & theres a truck to the left and I have to kill all of the brutes. It's impossible for me to kill them all because theres so many of them & I keep dying. Do you have any tips on how to get past that part??

You can use two controllers and hide one person on the right side when you enter and your other person can use the high jump to get and the bridge and then you can flank them and start to narrow their numbers. If your guy dies use the other one and finish them off, but the next part is kinda hard with the bugs in the tunnel followed by all the other Brutes. Good luck.

first go to the right behind the truck and grab the shotgun. Then jump up the hole into the little cubby then hit and run back and forth into the cubby's that go all the way up both sides of the hall. Just take your time and let them come to you, and ALWAYS let your shield charge to full before you run across. You should be fine until you get to the guy with the hammer, on him your best bet is to stick him twice then backpedal and headshot with your BR.
