Halo 3 to Windows media?

Ok so i bought the halo 3 game, and have been pulling off some sweet games through online gameplay, and i wanted to know;
If there was any way to exchange the recorded films from xbox 360 gameplay to my computer for windows media player?

Are there any specific cables or things i would need to do this?

(In halo 3 each online gameplay is recorded by itself no worries there)

You need a capture card if you want to transfer any video from your TV to your computer.
