Halo 3 video voice over?

I need to know how to put a voice over on a Halo 3 video. Can i do it using Halo 3 or do i have to upload it onto my computer? And do i just use a USB cord to do it or wireless?

1) You have do it on your computer.
2) You can't transfer Halo 3 "videos", they won't work on your computer because its not a video, its actual game data. If you want to record your gameplay and put in our computer, use a "Capture Card"
