halo 3 weapons?

how come some weapon like flame grenade,carbine,fuel rod gun,plasma rifle,and sentinel beam arent in some maps in halo 3 multiplayer but are in campaign instead. i mostly play valhura(or w/e u spell it like) and sandtrap and have no xbox live. so does the weapons appear at certain maps or is there a trick?

im new to halo 3 btw.

go to FORGE and you cant put any gun, any object, any vehicle on any part of the map. have fun

they don't put them in some maps so that the map is more balanced.

because bugnie doesnt inculde them in those maps you will have to forge your own map to do it and also if bungie would add them in it would amke the map unbalanced and people or wine...
