Halo 3 xbox 360 recon question?

I play halo 3 and so do my bros...just wondering how you can get recon..before my bro was playing matchmaking and some other kid wearing recon, arranged a 2 on 2 match,on custom games, "Shotty Sn1pes", the kid wearing the recon did not fight, it was my lil bro, his 1 team mate, the the 2 opponents...the kid with the recon said who ever wins, i will send recon...and he had proof he had recon...so my bros team won......score limit was 50...and the kid gave him shoulders "supposevely", but my bros wanna know a easy way to get recon...thank you

theres is alot of posobilities 1 play with a bungie person and win or another posobility is get all the vidmaster achievment

youll be able to get them by completing the vidmaster challenge and a few more achievments in halo odst

get halo ODST and get the "Vidmaster" achievements, once you get those and the ones from halo 3 you get RECON.

The only way to recieve recon is from bungie. It is impossible to mod recon in a game unless its in a film which i can do. OR you can wait for halo ODST which comes out in september and you have to get all of the vidmaster achievements. If you really want recon you will have to be outstanding in the community or do something really amazing or cool that impresses bungie. Then they will give it to you. I believe the kid got recon for facing bungie in the BvW playlist on July 7th. Hope that helps
