Halo Wars Achievement : Gallivant Around The Galaxy?

Does this achievement require a victory on the "Historic Battle" downloadable levels, or is it just looking for victories on the original 15 skirmish levels? I have beaten all of the original maps and still have not received the achievement, is there a glitch in the game?
