Halo Wars Free Ring tone not working?

I recently downloaded the free halo wars ring tone from http://www.xboxhalowars.mobi/ on my Pantech Matrix. (ATT). I moved it to my phone because it said Setting Not Allowed. However, it continued to say that while saved to my phone. I can play it regularly, however. Also, it is 450 kb, so if it is too big someone please tell me. What is wrong.
