Halo Wars: getting stars?
I know this seems like I'm being a complete noob, but I tried everything I cannot get any covenant leaders to get stars...not even one. I played for a long time but never understood. I understand the UNSC but the covenant...no idea!
Can anyone help without sarcasm? Thanks!

How to get stars on the covenant leaders... you know like the prophet Regret? The stars above the heath bar?
