Halo Wars: How do you get marines/some kind of infantry in the Elephant?

i cant figure out how to put people in it....

i don't know. but i like elephants they are fun to blow up.

You can't put people in it. You can make infantry from it but that's it im afraid. You can only put infantry in either Crashed Ships or Sniper Towers.
