Halo wars-I beat heroic under par time for ever mission but didnt get mr punctual?

i was playing the game on heroic and i beat it and got adjudicate the arbiter and then i noticed i didnt get mr punctual so i looked at my service record and saw that two of the missions i did in heroic were in coop and so i replayed them and got them in par time for single player but still didnt get the acheivement, i was wondering if i have to play through all of them again on coop heroic to get the achievement
