Halo Wars LE coming with all map packs?

I know it is coming with 3 new maps for the mythic pack but I heard somewhere that it also will include all the map packs for Halo 3 so far as well.

Please dont say yes or no, I would like some proof

I'm almost certain that Halo:Wars only comes with the Mythic Map Pack, whereas Halo:ODST (Rumoured to be released in september) comes with all 24 Halo 3 Maps(Including all DLC maps (Herioc, Lengedary)).
Sorry, I've yet to find a website confirming all of this together, although I have looked at quite a few.
