Halo Wars level progress problem?

I was at my mom's house and played it offline, then I went to my dad's house who does have online and I went back to level 1. I am angry because it took me a couple hours to do everything, getting skulls and getting all golds. I updated the game and I think that is what is wrong with it. Any help will be appreciated.
It was on the same x-box, I just bring it to my mom's/dad's.

Well if your playing on different Xbox's then they have different hard drives resulting in different saves...the only thing that wont change is your rankings on online mode.
