Halo Wars Limited Edition Help!!?

Ok here it is
I bought a Halo Wars Limited Edition and it included the good stuff except two bits....
The Halo 3 DLC map and the in-game Elite Honor Guard Wraith Tank
Can anybody help me??
I believe its European version.. or something like that
I bought here in Doha, Qatar
didn't get any code man...
