Halo wars limited edition mythic map pack cheated me?

I recently bought the new halo wars limited edition and it has come with the code to redeem the halo 3 mythic map pack. As i redeem the code and wait for the download to finish, it turns out there is no new maps under custom games, and my halo 3 will jam itself and i can only unjam itself by clicking the middle button on the xbox controller, and after that the game will jam 3 or 4 seconds after.
Any real help will be appreciated and i will give you +1 point

where did you buy it from? try going back there and telling them whats happening

i dont think you can play custom on the new maps

try going into matchmaking and to halowars mythic
or check your recent maps in custom thats where mine show up

not sure about jamming though sry
