Halo Wars Special Edition, is it worth it?

I am excited about Halo Wars, and want to know if special edition sounds worth it to you. (It's 20 extra bucks, but with 3 Halo 3 maps and the Honor Guard Wraith) Also, does the Honor Guard Wraith have any differences from the regular Wraith? (Aside from appearance)
