Halo Wars split screen question?

If i recover a friends account and start a privet match on the same console with my account will he get the achievements i have?

Halo Wars has no split screen. The only way to play Halo Wars not on Xbox Live is system link, which would require two systems, games, TVs and everything else to work them.
