grizzly's and wolverines if your forge... and if you are playin as the the professor use ice bomb... or if ur captian cutter use mac rounds... if you covies use your leader power, arbiter can own hawks if you use his leader power
ok if your the humans the worst enemy that will send those hawks running are wolverines }) i had 12 hawks out and went to go protect my buddy from an invasion and was met with about 8 wolverines and i died pretty fast....but if your covenant the arbiter is your best choice a fully upgraded arbiter in rage mode will jump onto an air vehicle and bring it down in seconds. a single arbiter can kill AT LEAST 8 hawks. but if you arent the arbiter and your some other covenant upgrade phantoms all the way spam as many as you can and get ready for an epic sky battle
